Ashish founded Innovations UAE in 1998. The firm’s first decade yielded a deep understanding of client requirements and candidates’ qualities and granted the team brilliant insight into the local market’s labour requirements. Landmark clients like ABN AMRO and Emirates NBD boosted the Group’s success, maintaining a strong momentum ever since.
The year 2008 saw the government roll out a clear outsourcing policy and signalled a change in the company’s focus. It shifted to building strong client relationships, establishing fiscal credibility and learning to balance growth with risk.
