Born in Patna, the capital of the state of Bihar, in India, Atif spent his growing years under the guidance of his beloved grandfather.
A gold medalist civil engineer, his grandfather served as Chief Engineer at the Public Works Department and spent much of his work life building unique infrastructure that benefited the nation.
Atif credits his grandfather for nourishing his palette with the qualities of a well-rounded human being in him, besides passing on the splendid legacy and drive to build and deliver structures to be cherished for a lifetime.

Following his exponential interest and exposure to the real estate and construction industry, it was in an act of spirited rebellion that Atif chose to pursue his graduation in Computer Engineering from the much renowned Birla Institute of Technology (BITS) Mesra, Ranchi.

It also taught him the valuable lesson of learning from failure, which resulted in him graduating from the university as one of the handful distinction holders from his batch of over 400 pupils.
Today, his love for family is mirrored in his immense respect and pride for his wife, whose support has been instrumental in his rapid rise in the industry.
It also shines through the importance he places in spending quality time with his daughters and training them in their youth to inherit the legacy that he is building today.
